By downloading, accessing, or using OB-Markets, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the app or related materials.

OB-Markets provides market intelligence modules such as price cards, K-line analysis, quote comparison, depth and trade views, watchlists, alerts, ETF flow references, and practice review metrics.
OB-Markets does not provide financial, investment, tax, accounting, or legal advice.
3. Access Model
Core review workflows may be available without mandatory sign-in. Optional services introduced in future versions may include additional terms.
4. Market Data References
- Displayed market data may come from third-party providers and can vary by source.
- Quote timing and feed behavior may include source-specific latency or update differences.
- Data-source labels and compliance disclosures are provided in Settings for transparency.
5. User Responsibilities
You are responsible for your own decisions, your local device security, and how you use watchlists, alerts, and practice records. Do not use OB-Markets for unlawful activity.
6. Availability and Changes
We may update, improve, suspend, or discontinue parts of the app or documentation. Continuous availability of every feature is not guaranteed.
7. Warranty Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
OB-Markets is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the extent permitted by law. To the fullest extent allowed by law, we disclaim implied warranties and are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages from app use.
