1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, accessing, or using OB-Edge, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the application or related preview materials.

2. Product Scope

OB-Edge is a receipt and spending management application that supports draft capture, categorization, reminders, searchable archives, and data export. Features may evolve as the product matures.

OB-Edge is an information management tool, not legal, tax, accounting, or financial advice.

3. Account and Access Model

Core workflows may be available without account registration. If optional services or future synchronization features are introduced, separate access terms or product notices may apply.

4. User Responsibilities

  • You are responsible for the accuracy of the records, categories, notes, and reminders you create.
  • You are responsible for safeguarding devices, local storage, and exported data files under your control.
  • You may not use OB-Edge to store unlawful content, infringe rights, or interfere with service integrity.

5. Exports and Backups

OB-Edge may allow export to CSV or JSON. Exported files are controlled by you once created. You are responsible for how those files are stored, transferred, or shared after export.

6. Availability and Changes

We may update, improve, suspend, or discontinue parts of the application or documentation. We aim to avoid disruptive changes, but continuous availability is not guaranteed.

7. Warranty Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

OB-Edge is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. To the fullest extent allowed by law, OB-Edge disclaims implied warranties and is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the application.

8. Governing Updates and Contact
